Nell

Nell came to our rescue as a very frightened girl.  She was highly unsociable.  The first three days in our rescue she sat at the back of her crate and never came out, not even to eat or potty.  Now she is a happy girl who is learning life can be good.  Nell has been an amazing mommy and her babies are five weeks old.  They are very sweet and are learning to use the potty pad.

Ladybird was dumped on a farmer's property in Jackson, MO and was going to be shot because he didn't want another dog, let alone a pregnant one.  She came to us very pregnant and on June 2, 2011, she had four girls and a boy.  We lost the boy due to a birth defect but the girls have thrived and are just wonderful babies.  We think they are beagle mixes.  They will be available for adoption on July 28th.  Mommy Ladybird will be attending the Puppies for Parole, "New Beginnings" program.  For more information, on the babies, please check out our petfinder page or email kelly@mostlymutts.net for more information.
